Welcome to Haq Quest Curriculum, we are really excited to introduce you to this unique program!
Praise be to Allah, the praise of thankful people and prayer and peace of Allah be upon Mohammad the last of prophets and Imam of messengers and upon all the companions and followers and who follow them charitably to the hereafter and we bear witness that there is no God but Allah, alone with no partner, God of first and last, witness by which we wish to escape in the hereafter and we bear witness that Mohammad is his servant and messenger. We ask (pray) the almighty God that teachers, fathers, mothers and student in schools and homeschools benefit from this course and makes what in it purely for the sake of almighty God.

How to use this program?
This program is flexible and can be adapted to be used either by teachers in schools or at home by parents. The program is broken down into sections, units, chapters and lessons. History is taught in a chronological order, so it is best to follow the order of the lessons to get the most of it.
You will need to print all resources for your students at the beginning of each unit, bind them or keep them in a folder, you can also stick them on a notebook you will allocate for history.
We provide students with worksheets at the beginning of the unit and allow them the full length of the unit to complete them. The answer key can be found at the end of each worksheet when needed. We will also add some external online sources or videos to watch as an addition to this program.
Introduction to the program
We are really excited to introduce you to this unique program. This is the first time a history program has ever been designed for Muslim Students around the world with an Islamic perspective and approach. We have spent thousands of hours in over 10 years of research in English and translated Arabic and French Islamic sources, books. Some resources are for the first time available for the English audience.
Structure of the program
- The History curriculum is structured both chronologically and thematically (Chronological order of events for each era whenever possible).
- A curriculum that represents adequately women, children, Muslim heroes and heroines in contrast to old curriculum.
- A curriculum that teaches the cumulative inheritance of humanity in general and the history of the Muslim world in particular, often neglected or misrepresented in other curriculum.
Course Description
HQ world history with Islamic lenses course is a chronologically-organized study of world history and geography from the Beginning of the creation till our modern times. Students will study about the world civilizations throughout this period of time from an Islamic perspective. Islamic History will not be added to it as an intruder as it is done in major secular programs, nor it is studied separately as an alien to the history of mankind but it will flow with the chronology of the world history in a holistic approach to understand What Islam has brought to humanity, to understand the real shift of humanity from a society that lived away from the divine guidance to a society that lives with God’s Shari’a (God’s Law).

- Hadiths and sayings of Companions and tabi’ins.
- Historians from the past and modern Historians.
- Exclusively and for the first time in a history program, a great deal of translated Islamic and historical texts from Muslim historians and scholars little known for the English audience.
- A compilation of selected articles written by exceptional scholars, analysts and writers related to each studied topic.
- The least biased Encyclopedias and History books.
- The least biased historical videos.

- A notebook for history.
- A small A5 notebook to keep for writing the Quranic verses they will encounter in their study of History.
- The worksheets for each class.
- A pc or laptop to view the PowerPoint presentations.
- Pen, pencils and drawing crayons, colouring pencils or texters for the art sections of the program.
