My girls are currently enrolled in Mrs. Narriman’s online classes. They thoroughly enjoy all three classes and specifically look forward to using hands on materials to replicate historical/cultural artefacts and conduct science experiments. The use of hands on materials has helped my girls gain a better
understanding of abstract concepts, in a fun and enjoyable way. Narriman’s inviting tone of voice and encouraging nature has motivated my girls to open up and confidently ask questions and share their findings and experiences with others in the class. I specifically appreciate how Narriman teaches my girls and others to question theories and claims, rather than accept information at face value. Mrs. Narriman runs a history/geography and science class for Primary & high schoolers every Monday and Friday. It covers the topic from an islamic perspective, based with proof and studies from various books and ayah from the Qur’an. They are detailed, makes the children proud of our deen and the contributions islam and Muslims have made to the world. I highly recommend the classes. My children improve a lot in their undestanding of how big the impact are on a person’s life and people around them by following what commanded in the Qur’an. They also grow more love for their deen and look up to great muslims figure as their example. They also learn that what persumed in the news and general books can be bias, which is really important to be able to crosscheck informations comes to them.
